Reminders and watches with Marie
Ask Marie to remind you about something, or to tell you only if something hasn't happened by a time.
Crew and Enterprise plans. Marie can remind you about something at a time you choose, or keep a watch and tell you only if something hasn't happened. Reminders don't use your AI allowance.
Setting a reminder
Ask in your own words:
- "Remind me on Friday to chase the permit on this."
- "Remind me at 4 to call the hire company."
Marie shows a reminder card with when, what, and the record it's about, such as the job you had open. Edit changes it and Cancel removes it.
At the time, the reminder arrives as a notification, on your phone and in the bell, usually within a minute. Opening it takes you to the record, or to your reminders when it isn't about one.
Watches: tell me only if
A watch checks something at the time you give, and tells you only if it's still true:

If all is well, you hear nothing: the watch closes quietly, and your reminders show that it was checked and there was nothing to tell you. A watch checks only what you could see yourself.
Your reminders
Me › Reminders lists your reminders and watches, in the office and on the phone. Change the time or the words, snooze one until later, or cancel it.
Only you see your reminders. A reminder only ever tells you something: it never changes anything. Reminders that are done are deleted after 180 days.
