What Marie remembers
Marie doesn't learn by training on your data. She remembers only what you agree to, and lists all of it for you to delete.
Crew and Enterprise plans. Marie isn't trained on your workspace. What feels like learning is a short list of things she remembers because you said yes, and you can read and delete every one of them. Nothing is used to train AI models.
What she remembers
Preferences, shorthand and routines, for example:
- "The yard" means the Bristol depot.
- You like the schedule shown by crew.
- You check timesheets on Monday mornings.
She never remembers figures, statuses or details about people. She looks those up every time, so an answer never comes from an old copy. A memory that names a record holds only its name and a link to it.
How she learns something
Say "remember that…", or Marie offers when something seems worth keeping: "Shall I remember…?" with Yes and No. She never saves anything you haven't asked for or agreed to. Say "forget that" in a conversation and she deletes the memory she just used.
Seeing and deleting
- Yours: Me › Marie lists everything Marie remembers for you. Delete any of it at any time. Nobody else sees it or gets answers from it, owners included.
- Your workspace's shorthand: Global settings › Marie lists what everyone's Marie uses, such as "the Coventry job" meaning job AOV15C4. People with Manage settings add and delete it, and each change is recorded in the audit trail. Shorthand anyone else teaches her is kept for them alone.
Marie remembers up to 50 things for each person and 200 for the workspace. She reads all of them every time she answers, rather than picking some. Nothing she remembers is used in any other workspace.
