Questions HVAC & refrigeration teams ask
Can we track F-Gas certification per engineer?
Yes. Define F-Gas as a credential type with its categories as levels, record each engineer's certificate against it, and the app warns before expiry. You set how hard it bites: a warning, a block on assignment, or nothing.
Do reports work in a plant room with no signal?
Yes. In the signed-in app, form drafts save locally and submitted reports queue with their photos. Sending retries when the app reconnects; the queue shows anything needing attention.
Can planned and reactive work share a schedule?
They are separate workstreams with their own fields and statuses, and the schedule shows both. An engineer sees one day, not two lists.
