Can we block a gas job for an engineer whose registration has lapsed?
Yes. The trade pack sets Gas Safe registration as an absolute rule at assignment, so nobody can override it, and the office is told why before the job is handed over. You can lower it if your work does not need it.
Does Maliru issue gas safety certificates?
You build the record as a form with the fields and signatures you use, and Maliru captures it on site and stores it against the job. It does not file anything with a registration body on your behalf.
How do annual services come round?
Keep each boiler as an asset with a due date, set a recurring form schedule, or, on Crew, put the site on a service contract whose planned maintenance raises each visit ahead of its due date. Services and breakdowns sit on one schedule.
