Can we evidence condition at return?
A return check with photos, timestamped and attached to the hire and the machine.
Do you track service intervals?
Compliance items with due dates on every asset, and warnings before they lapse. Hour-based intervals are recorded on the check.
Is hire invoicing included?
Partly. Invoices, quotes and credit notes are raised from approved measures priced on your rate card, and cross-hire bills from your suppliers go through Bills. Charging a hire automatically from its on-hire and off-hire dates is not built; that stays in your hire system or accounts package.
