Maliru for security & patrols
Every patrol logged, licence expiry visible, every incident evidenced.
Manned guarding and mobile patrols are proof businesses. Maliru turns patrol rounds into routes with checkpoint progress, incidents into forms with photos and time stamps, and licences into credentials that warn before they lapse.

What usually goes wrong
- Patrol rounds proven by a phone call and a diary entry
- Incident reports typed up the next morning from memory
- Licences expiring without anyone noticing until the audit
How Maliru fits
- Routes — A patrol's checkpoints as one route, confirmed once, progress visible as each is done.
- Forms — Incident reports with photos, location and time stamps, filed from the phone on the spot.
- Credentials & ID card — Licences with expiry warnings, shown on a scannable card that answers cleared to work.
- Scheduling — Shifts published to guards, confirmed in one tap, gaps visible to the office.
- Lone worker — Timed check-ins for a guard on their own; a missed one alerts the people you name, such as your control room, by push, text or phone call.
- Pay & payroll — Gross pay worked out from approved timesheets and handed to your payroll provider as a file, with an earnings statement in each person's app. Your provider works out tax and take-home pay.

Your board, shaped for security & patrols
Two workstreams a security & patrols operation typically runs, with the columns and statuses it would name. Rename anything; import your own sheet and Maliru builds the board from it.

Questions security & patrols teams ask
Do you track licences?
Add a credential type for the licence with its expiry rule, upload the card, and Maliru warns before it lapses. The digital ID card shows the clearance live.
Can guards report incidents with no signal?
Yes. Signed-in workers can save drafts and queue reports with attachments. Sending retries when the app reconnects or reopens, and the queue shows anything needing attention.
Is there a lone-worker alarm?
Yes, as timed check-ins. A guard starts a session and checks in on a timer; a missed check-in alerts the people you name, one after another, by push notification, text message or phone call until someone takes it. Maliru can also ring the guard first: they check in on the call with their own code, and a duress code sounds the same but raises a silent alarm. It is not a monitored alarm service, and there is no fall or man-down detection.
