Yearly billing is ten months' price for twelve months — two months free. Payments handled by Stripe; upgrade, change seats or switch plans self-serve inside the app.

What counts as a seat?
Active users and unclaimed invites. Deactivated people don't use a seat — their records and history stay.
Do you charge per module?
No. Every module is included on every plan, Free included. Pricing is based on user limits, not module access.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay ten months' price for twelve months of service — that's the 17% saving. Billed once a year through Stripe.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, self-serve from inside the app. Moving to Free needs 5 or fewer seats in use.
How do you take payment?
Through Stripe Checkout. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Where does my data live?
Hosted in the EU (AWS Ireland), with your files in private, per-workspace storage. See our Privacy Policy.
