Maliru for inspection & testing
Every examination on time, every failure followed up.
Inspection work is a calendar of due dates and a report at the end of each visit. Maliru keeps each item's examinations on its record, brings the next one round on its interval, and turns a failed item into a defect someone has to close.

What usually goes wrong
- Due dates for thousands of items kept in a spreadsheet that drifts
- Reports typed up in the evening from notes taken on site
- Failures reported to the client and never followed up
How Maliru fits
- Inspections — Scored checks with your own items and thresholds; failed items raise defects tracked to closure.
- Assets — Each item as a record with its examinations, due dates and reminders before they lapse.
- Routes — A day of site visits handed to one inspector as one card, confirmed with one tap.
- AI review — On Team and above, a first pass over each report for answers that contradict each other or photos that do not match.
- Sharing — Put documents in a share pack for a client to read and sign by link and access code, without a workspace account.
- Service contracts — Examinations raised as visits on each site's interval, the client's equipment on record by site, and the period report on what was done on time.

Questions inspection & testing teams ask
Do examinations come round on their own?
Yes. Give an asset its compliance items with due dates, or set a recurring form schedule, and the next examination is due before the last one lapses.
Does Maliru issue the report in a statutory format?
You build the report as a form with the fields your scheme expects, and Maliru captures it, stores it against the item and exports it as a PDF. The wording and the standard it meets stay yours.
Can a failed item be followed up?
Yes. A scored inspection can raise a defect from each failed item, tracked through review and action to closure with evidence.
